Marketing Manager, Lifecyle

5+ years’ experience in data-driven marketing with a demonstrated record of extracting meaningful data, and using insight to inform decisions that improve business outcomes
- 5+ years’ experience in lifestyle marketing, with a comprehensive understanding of customer experience principles
- Strong skills in utilising data and analytics to measure and derive insights that will help refine and optimise campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience in generating reports, including the use of pivot tables
- Have proven ability to be hands-on, and are comfortable in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
- Ability to manage large complex communications and/or multiple projects within assigned timelines and dependencies
Reporting to the Head of Marketing AU, The Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Analytics, is responsible for the management, and ongoing optimisation and execution of engagement strategies and communications throughout the lifecycle journey of our Delivery Partners to; inform, educate, engage and retain drivers.
With your ability to deliver results and bias for action mindset, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our Delivery Partners are engaged and active in the Flex program. You are analytical and have a good eye for detail, and are a seasoned expert lifecycle tactics and communications.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own the in-lifecycle marketing strategy and its execution for our Delivery Partners, including journey mapping, development and implementation of communications and engagement tactics, test, and ongoing management.
2. Work closely with Capacity to identify data-driven opportunities to conduct experiments to fill gaps and deliver on volume requirements, by engaging and reengaging our drivers.
3. Implement and manage campaign tracking, testing, reporting and analysis to form insights into engagement campaign performance.
4. Own the ongoing management and reconciliation of the engagement budget
5. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Voice of Driver, Data Science, Pricing and Programs Managers to support the execution of monthly operational plans.
6. Conduct analysis of large & varied data sets to draw key insights, and provide recommendations that will increase engagement.
7. Lead the implementation of customer segmentation into Amazon Flex’s own Delivery Partner database and devise the strategy to increase engagement
8. POC for weekly and monthly business reports for engagement metrics, working with Senior Marketing Manager on commentary.
9. POC for deep dives analysis & metrics management throughout the marketing funnel
10. Collaborate with functional experts; Acquisition Marketing, Finance, Program Managers, Capacity & Planning and possess strong analytics in order to identify growth areas and enhance business performance.
- Decision-making skills with proven ability to influence, align and inspire
- Strong project management skills and experience, including owning end-to-end-solutions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced and high-performance environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to write succinct and compelling business reviews and recommendations
