Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager at The Australasian Corrosion Association in Preston, VIC. The Office Manager will oversee for day-to-day operations, including our contracted services (IT, HR, Accounting Support, office equipment), office property management, maintenance, staff inductions, staff training, OHS, business continuity, and support the CEO and Company Secretary with policy management, promotion and distribution.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate and manage our HR and contractor policies.
- Coordinate orientation of new staff and on-going training of our current staff.
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on ACA performance.
- Adopt systems that manage our documents such as: contracts, terms and conditions, policies.
- Coordinate and manage any future office moves.
- Add value to the ACA Team with your experience, eye-for detail, good judgement and reliability.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
- Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills including a professional level of English language
- Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and other business software
- Contemporary views to working in an inclusive NFP environment
