**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Support**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the organisation, managing incoming enquiries professionally.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records to ensure smooth operations.
**Rostering Coordination**:
- Assist in the development and management of staff rosters and schedules.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments.
**Property Management**:
- Oversee property-related tasks, including **ongoing maintenance, inspections, and documentation**.
**Document Management**:
- Maintain accurate and **up-to-date records** related to **human resources, rostering, property maintenance, and administration**.
- Scan and upload documents to **SharePoint** for secure and organised archiving.
**Timesheet Management**:
- **Manage timesheet approvals** to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
**Communication & Coordination**:
- Act as a **central contact point** for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as required.
