**About the role**

We’re looking for a friendly customer-service focused professional to join the small and vibrant Yates team to deliver exceptional consumer advice across a range of interaction channels. This is an opportunity with real variety, working to guide and answer diverse queries from consumers, customers and staff about the Yates range of products.

In this busy role you’ll also be responsible for researching more complex queries, recording enquiry details, logging and investigating product issues, and providing feedback to the wider Yates team.

The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.
