**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive individual, who is passionate about customer service. We are open to people from a variety of backgrounds, all we ask is that you are driven to learn, have excellent MS Office skills and bring a proactive positive attitude to work every day.

The role is based out of Padstow and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive and promptly respond to customer queries, must make a continual effort to respond to customers quickly and with accurate advice based on a thorough understanding of the query.
- Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
- Basic troubleshooting
- Document issues & resolutions to improve efficiency
- Provide technical support for simple technical questions
- Capture data from interactions and share insights with the broader business

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to be proactive and supportive
- Experience with LiveChat platforms is preferrable
- Excellent verbal and written skills, along with excellent typing skills
- Computer literacy
