ChannelEngine is looking for an Integration Coordinator who can manage the integrations of our large international clients and partners with our platform. You contribute directly to our clients satisfaction.

**What you’ll be doing**
- You coordinate and monitor the integration process,
- You collect the relevant technical information so you, together with the client and the input of our development team, can make a feasible integration plan. Integration usually takes place with an API or (customized) ERP system,
- You take action if deadlines or agreements are not being met,
- After completing the necessary tests with the client, you will coach them in setting up and using ChannelEngine or ask functional support to do so,
- You continuously improve the integration process and the (general) customer information,
- You proactively make suggestions for improvements in API endpoints, interfaces and documentation, as well as proposals for software improvements,
- After go-live, you will arrange a proper handover to the support team and the customer success manager.

What you’ll need*
- A bachelor's degree, or thinking level, and at least two years of project management experience within a tech environment,
- Familiarity with data formats and APIs and a strong affinity with technology,
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a positive manner for example, when explaining to a client that something cannot or will not work,
- You work in a structured way and can manage several large projects at the same time,
- You are a self-starter with initiative and a sense of responsibility,
- You get energy from continuously improving the integration process and the customer experience.
