As an Approved Employer under the Pacific Labour Mobility Scheme (PALM), LSA is proud of its record of Worker Welfare and Pastoral Care of our Pacific Island workers at our HOST client sites across Australia. As such we are looking for another unique individual to join our PALM Team as a Pastoral Care Coordinator based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

This role is NOT your typical 9 to 5 role with a good portion of your work hours devoted to looking after our people "after hours" throughout the week and on weekends when required which will allow you to structure your workdays accordingly.

Experience in a Pastoral Care, Welfare, Recruitment or similar role
Strong communicator & relationship builder
A cultural understanding, or ability to acquire, of the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste
Methodical, planned and highly organised with keen eye for the details
Must be "Resilient" and "Relentless"
Be able to self manage and work autonomously
Drive and passion to help "Change lives"
