**The Role**

Softball Australia is seeking a highly organised and motivated **High-Performance Operations Coordinator**to play a key role in supporting the operational excellence of our national elite and talent pathway programs. This full-time role is vital to the smooth delivery of domestic and international tours, camps, and events as we work towards Olympic success at LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032.

The High-Performance Operations Coordinator will report to the National High-Performance Director and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including State bodies, performance staff, and international partners. If you thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and are passionate about supporting high-performance sport, we want to hear from you.

**Key Focus Areas**

**Operational Delivery**- Coordinate and manage logistics for international and domestic tours, camps, and competitions, including travel, accommodation, visas, and equipment.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**- Serve as the primary operations contact for athletes, coaches, team managers, performance staff, and key partners such as the AIS and WBSC.

**Process & Systems Management**- Review, streamline, and maintain logistics processes and systems, ensuring clear communication and efficient planning across all high-performance programs.

**Compliance & Administration**- Oversee compliance requirements, inventory tracking, uniform and equipment distribution, and financial reconciliation.

**What We Are Looking For**

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused operator with:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sports Administration or 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage data and documentation systems effectively.
- Experience coordinating sports tours, events, or team operations (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
- Current Working with Children Check.
