**The Role**:
The Government Department is seeking a Security Training Specialist to lead the security education program across the organisation.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Work with incident response team. Work out what the main security concerns/problems are and rectify them.
- Implement a best practice security processes across the department and train employees on this.
- Educate users on how to use safe and secure technology.
- Monitor staff awareness of security.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 3 - 4 years experience working as a security specialist or training specialist focused around security.
- A strong level of communication and stakeholder engagement is required.
- Proven ability to develop and conduct training sessions or information sessions.
- Public Sector experience is strongly preferred.
