This role is based out of the inner western suburbs with travel to the regional areas and requires proven experience in security operations within large-scale project environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard project assets, equipment, and personnel on-site.
- Conduct regular site patrols and monitor access points.
- Manage and de-escalate security incidents professionally and in line with company protocols.
- Respond to emergencies, provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency services.
- Maintain accurate incident reporting.
Essential Requirements:
- Current Victorian Security Guard Licence.
- Accredited with baton and handcuff.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Security Guard.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional presentation and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
