MSS Security is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of professional security officers at Monash University in Clayton. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campus security during your shift, ensuring the safety and protection of students, staff, visitors, and facilities. This is a high-profile role within a professional environment that values leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations of security across the university campus.
  • Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and support to security officers during shifts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Liaise with university staff, emergency services, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and shift activities.
  • Support training and performance of new and existing security staff.

Requirements:

  • Prior supervisory experience within the security industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Valid Victorian Security licence.
  • Availability to work 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.
  • Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher).
  • Valid Victorian Drivers licence with no restrictions.
  • Working with children check (or willing to obtain).
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
