**We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Operations Coordinator**. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting day-to-day security operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of services at our client sites.

**The Role**

**As a Security Operations Coordinator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the day-to-day security operations at allocated sites.
- Assisting with scheduling, rostering, and shift coverage to maintain smooth operations.
- Helping to coordinate security requirements for events.
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring team members have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Upholding company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Preparing straightforward internal and client reports.
- Providing relief as a security officer when required.

This role requires working Tuesday to Saturday in a dynamic and evolving environment that values flexibility and teamwork.

**About You**

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A valid VIC Unarmed Security Licence (with Crowd Controller),
- First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence
- Some experience in security operations (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Knowledge of security regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively.
- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively.
- A positive attitude, a proactive approach, and a focus on contributing to a supportive team culture.

Additional qualifications, such as a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Security Risk Management, or Frontline Management, will be seen as advantageous but not essential.
