Setting the industry benchmark, in ahighly professional environment, with minimal turnover of employees, this market leader in Insurance (both domestic and light commercial), rectification and remedial works is continuing to expand with a growing allocation of domestic BAU projects, as preferred Builder, for a number of the major insurance panels.

We are looking for akey resource to service the Gold Coast region in a Domestic Insurance Works Site Supervisor capacity, taking up the opportunity to combine lifestyle with a stable, permanent and career development opportunity.

Importantly, the position is a pure Supervisor role without the cross-coverage of estimating / assessing duties. That said, if an applicant is specifically attracted to a diversified role, accommodations can be made.

Previous insurance works experience would be preferred (though considerations would be made for those that have gained some exposure and are looking to further develop in this sector). Non-negotiables are your client / people management skills, integrity, empathetic demeanor, patience and 'self-starter' approach.

We are looking for a (emerging) leader who is motivated to take custody of this region and continue to promote what has become an enviable brand / profile across Australia.
