**Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for all fundraising activities from conception to completion
- Continuously improve the current program of fundraising activities and develop new fundraising ideas
- Accountability for the overall achievement of fundraising budgets and KPIs as agreed with the General Manager
- Seek sponsorship from new and existing corporate partners
- Oversee and manage all aspects of planning and execution for new and existing events
- Create a national and local fundraising events calendar
- Manage venue hire, equipment hire and catering for external events
- Prepare budget proposals for submission to internal and external parties
- Manage the process of direct and digital marketing, ensuring the effectiveness of each fundraising campaign
- Oversee the process of sourcing volunteers, ensuring that our fundraising events and initiatives are resourced appropriately

**Skills**
- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to influence people to see a different perspective and engage with an organisation’s values and messages
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding own and team KPIs
- Proven experience in campaign management
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Office, database and fundraising platforms
