**_ ABOUT THE ROLE_**:

- Work with Antler founders to ensure both an enjoyable and productive experience through the Antler program - from on-boarding through to idea validation, company formation, pitching to investors and beyond.
- Provide leverage to Antler Investment Director in a 'generalist' role.
- Own key investment and program coordination processes to provide leverage to the program leadership team
- Downloading, trimming, uploading and cataloguing recordings
- Support cohort feedback cycle including developing surveys, analysis, and recommendations for experience improvement initiatives
- Data capture and analysis during investment due diligence process and beyond
- Support on logistics / operational matters including event / speaker series setup and offsites.

- Ensure a high quality program experience for Melbourne-based founders including organising social events, managing logistics of their office experience, and providing support for tools

**_KEY DETAILS_**:

- **Start date**: Preferred start June 2nd - June 8th - semi flexible
- **Time requirement**: This is a part time role and is designed to suit a university student. We request a minimum of 2.5 day commitment to the role. Days worked can be flexible and we are happy to accommodate reduced loads around university exams
- Compensated role paying award wage
- Melbourne based role primarily focused on local operations and supporting Sydney and virtual operations
