**The role**

The investment analyst will be responsible for developing business cases and financial models for investments in transformation and business improvement initiatives space to improve customer experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiencies.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and develop business cases to invest in transformation and business improvement opportunities
- Provide financial modelling, feasibility modelling, key investment risks and mitigation strategies.
- Perform detailed analyses to support strategic, business, and operational review of potential opportunities to support decision making
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather relevant data and validate assumptions/inputs for business case development requirements

**Required**
- Experience developing business cases and financial models
- Ability to persuade others through disciplined use of data and visualisations (such as dashboards, graphs, and charts)
- Excellent communication skills
