Your new role:

As our next Showroom Sales Consultant, you'll:

  • Welcome and engage builders, renovators, and retail customers into our Osborne Park branch providing expert advice on products and services.
  • Guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections.
  • Create quotes, process orders, and manage accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships with local builders, suppliers, and retail clients.
  • Take a proactive sales approach, bringing in new business opportunities.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, displays and stock levels to a high standard.
  • Process sales transactions and handle enquiries efficiently.
  • Support the team in meeting sales targets and showroom goals.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Showroom/trade sales experience (plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, or related industries) OR a proven sales/account management background with a hunter mentality.
  • A strong customer focus and solutions-based selling skills.
  • Have an adaptable, "can do" mindset to support a small but high-performing team.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Computer systems experience and competence.
  • A current driver's licence and Australian working rights.
  • Minimum 2 years of showroom/trade sales experience in plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens, or related industries
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products preferred, or willingness to learn technical specifications
