**About the role**:

- We have a newly created role for an energetic Program Manager to join our team at Ventia within our Group Supply Chain/Procurement function.

This key position will play a pivotal role in delivering an enterprise-wide efficiency transformation program. You will be accountable for developing program design and mobilisation, establishing robust governance and stakeholder management structures, managing risk, reporting and overall end-to-end Program delivery.

This role will be hands on and partner with a variety of cross functional business units to execute a diverse and impactful set of projects.

Full time permanent role, hybrid working with time in the office and work from home. Based from our North Sydney corporate head office.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Establish and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including activity, dependencies, milestones, timeframes and resource allocation to achieve program and workstream objectives.
- Establish and implement program framework for oversight and decision-making accountability.
- Develop program reporting and metrics to monitor and track progress, identify risk, assess program performance against the plan, identify deviations, implement corrective action and measure outcomes.
- Management of program stakeholders building strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders communicating status updates and addressing concerns.
- Sequence and prioritise program activities for optimal order of execution to maximise efficiencies. Drive program delivery excellence to ensure benefits realisation and measure impact to the business.**About you**:

- Degree qualified within a relevant discipline, business, commercial or similar.
- Demonstrated delivery experience with complex, at scale, cost reduction, transformation programs.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies and risk management principles.
- Well-developed negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical individual with understanding of financial principles relating to procurement, supply chain and contracts.
- Exceptional Leadership and business partnering ability that can confidently work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate vision to actionable plans.
- Exposure to change management and ability to align project strategies to organisation goals. High level of commercial acumen, championing a culture of collaboration.**About Ventia**:
