**This Opportunity**

As a** Program Manager - Mobile** will work across the key product and devices teams (Vodafone post-paid, Vodafone prepaid and sub brands, Devices) as agreed with the GM, and across companywide functions (Finance, Technology, Digital, Customer Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing, CLM, Consumer strategy, PMO) to programme and manage execution of key deliverables. Our Consumer Mobile Product team is the engine room of the company. There are several significant cross functional projects, across multiple TPG Telecom brands, which need implemented to deliver critical commercial objectives for TPG Telecom. This role reports to the General Manager, Mobile Product and Devices.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the leads from the Mobile Products & Devices, Finance, Technology, Digital, Customer Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing, CLM, Consumer strategy and PMO divisions to develop end to end detailed milestone plans for delivery of key projects.
- Ensure delivery of key projects on time and to budget.
- Reconcile impact of delivery plans and provide inputs to annual budget and LRP.
- Develop and maintain governance structure for prioritisation and delivery of key projects.
- Develop and manage program artefacts including program timeline, work breakdown structures, risk logs, budget management etc
- Support with program reporting up to Exec and Board level.
- Ensure processes are in place for tracking program milestones, benefits etc
- Facilitate a PIR following launch to capture learnings
- Share knowledge and experience with team members who may be less experienced in programme or project management to lift overall team performance

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Significant experience in telecommunications or technology industry in a Program/Project Manager role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools etc.
- Experience with large scale, complex programs involving multiple teams and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in delivering complex large programs on time and quality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with an ability to distil large volumes of complex information into short & sharp communications.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and get results from cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with and providing reporting and support for Exec-level stakeholders and creating Board-level reports.
