9Now, at the core of Nine's values, aims to shape culture by sparking conversations and entertaining Australians, offering live and on-demand streaming of their favorite programs anytime, anywhere. The 9Now Programming and Operations team manages the content on this platform.

Shape the future of Australian streaming as a 9Now Programming Manager at Nine, where you'll lead and mentor a dynamic team to execute content strategies across BVOD, AVOD, and FAST platforms, driving audience engagement and revenue growth for iconic brands.

You'll define the editorial vision and strategically position content to captivate viewers and deliver impactful results.

**Day to day you will**:

- Lead and mentor the 9Now Programming team for FAST channel and VOD strategy.
- Manage FAST channel partnerships as the content lead.
- Execute VOD content strategies to meet commercial and audience targets.
- Collaborate with Acquisitions to ensure contractual compliance.
- Optimise catalogue sharing across Nine and 9Now platforms.
- Liaise with Linear Programming for BVOD windows and promotion.
- Guide cross-functional teams to maximise platform and FAST channel performance.
- Evaluate programming for platform and channel suitability.
- Ensure content compliance with Broadcast Standards.

**Qualifications** What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in television programming, evaluation, acquisition, and scheduling
- Exceptional knowledge of Australian programming, audiences, and revenue drivers
- Understanding of content delivery across platforms and user behaviour.
- Strategic mindset with creative thinking, drive, and self-motivation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, including international colleagues.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage ambiguity.
- Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, MyDrive) is beneficial
- High attention to detail, well-organised, and skilled in time management and prioritisation.
