We continue to be a global leader in health promotion, as a Collaborating Centre with the World Health Organization and technical partner to UNICEF.About the role: The Coordinator, Risk, Compliance and Procurement, supports the Lead, Risk Management with the coordination of risk management practice; compliance management framework; and procurement, contract and grant-making policies and procedures.This exciting part-time, ongoing opportunity works as part of the Planning & Business Improvement team and has a close working relationship across the organisation.Key responsibilities:

- Support the implementation, review and improvement of risk management practices including framework, policies and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance of risk management software and regular reporting
- Contribute to the review and development of procurement, contract and grant-making policies and procedures
- Provide technical business systems support to tender/procurement activities
- Support the review and improvement of reporting processes
- Relevant vocational or tertiary qualification in business administration
- At least 1 years' experience in compliance management and business administrative duties
- Experience working with an organisation providing grants and procurement activities
- Experience with a Risk Wizard or an established Risk and Compliance Management system
- Experience with Salesforce or an established CRM system (preferred)
- Experience working in a government organisation (advantageous)
