**Supply Chain Coordinator - In Vitro Diagnostics/Medical Devices**

**About the Company**
This is your opportunity to join an innovative manufacturer of IVD products and medical devices. The company has a suite of home-based rapid test kits with a unique focus on being end-user friendly to reduce erroneous results from improper use. Some of their products include: COVID, HIV, Pregnancy and Respiratory test kits.

**About the Role**
The Supply Chain Coordinator position is based in NSW. Reporting directly to the Global Supply and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing international supply chains, suppliers and logistics for the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with suppliers on dispatch timelines and production planning.
- Liaise with warehouse and supply chain regarding stock and inventory management.
- Work closely with suppliers, production & operations teams to ensure products are manufactured to customers’ requirements and specifications.
- Full inventory and production order analysis and management using SAP B1
- End to end administrative support for all logístical and supply chain related functions, including freight forwarding, tracking shipment, warehousing, local logistics and all customs requirements for import/export of various products into various countries.
- Ensuring compliance with organisations relevant policy, procedures, and quality standards

**About the Person**
This role is ideal for administrative personnel looking to specialise in the supply chain and logistics roles, or coordinators looking for exposure to international supply chains and logistics in the medical industry.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in in Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, or other related roles
- A strong technical background and ~8 years’ experience in IVD or medical device product design and development
- Excellent organisational, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP B1
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 or other regulations is desirable
- Intermediate MS office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with GMP documentation systems
