As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain function in Australia and New Zealand by strategically steering the distribution flow from our central warehouses to our stores. You will play a crucial role in controlling and optimizing quantity, value, and quality of inventory, while also managing relationships with all relevant third-party suppliers, including those involved in freight forwarding, warehousing, and assembly. **What you’ll do**: - Collaborate with the Local, Regional, and Global Supply Chain departments to define and execute the local supply chain strategy - Produce and present a monthly Supply Chain KPIs dashboard - Ensure consistency between forecast updates and budget estimates - Effectively run the local Sales & Operations Planning process in collaboration with key local stakeholders - Aligning product availability with commercial and marketing plans - Procurement Planning and data integrity - Coordinate relevant importation and exportation activities such as customs clearances - Strategically anticipate stock-outs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to propose solutions - Monitor consistency between physical inventory, and inventory in our ERP, including coordinating the annual stocktake policy and activity - Contribute to and collaborate closely with the treatment of customer orders, including receipt of orders, content and terms, stock allocation and preparation release, shipments follow up, customs declaration, and invoice generation. - Manage relationships with all supply chain third party providers to ensure efficient delivery within budget - Budgeting and controlling of the full supply chain yearly costs. - Play an integral part in coordinating the CSR reporting and activities of the ANZ subsidiary - Lead monthly reviews of operation activities and challenge suppliers through established and tracked KPIs - Coordinate product registration is Australia and New Zealand - Effectively lead and engaging the Supply Chain team **You have**: - Degree (or equivalent experience) in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field - Strong knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain Technical Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience managing multi-site inventory/supply networks, including management of 3PL providers - The ability to develop, manage and optimize budgets - Proven track record of delivering successful, strategic logistics solutions - Six Sigma or Lean qualification is preferable, but not compulsory - Experience in FMCG or retail environment within a multi-national company is highly regarded Other skills: - Highly developed people management skills - able to coach, motivate, and lead by example - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain business relationships **We have**: - A hybrid work environment (2 days per week from home) - 70 years of expertise in skincare and makeup - A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our raison d'être - A caring and inclusive corporate culture - Development and training opportunities - Employee benefits such as: generous product allowance & 'Day-cation' initiative - 1 paid day off each quarter separate to your annual leave - Wellbeing, Celebrations, and Sustainability initiatives all year round - driven by our committees If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
