We represent a significant presence within the Sales and Service Market environ and, it’s a presence we have gained by both Commitment and Dedication to our customers.** We are now seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Acacia Ridge. **Who are we looking for?** - Experience in the automotive sales industry - Highly motivated - Great planning and organisational skills - Strong customer focus - Friendly disposition - Willingness to learn - Ability to work well in a team environment - A positive "can do" professional attitude with strong work ethic - Must have a valid and current manual driver’s license - Truck licence would be advantageous but not essential - Must have a Sales Licence **Experience within Truck, Automotive or Agricultural Dealerships preferred, but NOT essential, Training will be provided.** **About the position**: - Selling New and Used Trucks - Initiate and maintain relationships with potential customers - Convert enquiries into sales and keeping lead management system updated - Working towards finance and sales KPIs - Assist with the setup of showroom and yard display **Benefits**: - Competitive Salary and uncapped Commission structure - Work Monday - Friday business hours and Rotating Saturday 8am - 12pm Shifts - Weekday RDO - Commitment to ongoing development and Training - Working for an established family owned and expanding business Please provide an up to date resume, and a cover letter explaining why you would like to join East Coast Trucks Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Professional development assistance - Referral program Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplementary Pay: - Commission Ability to commute/relocate: - Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driver Licence (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
