Clinic Operations Co-ordinator

This is a newly created role to support the day-to-day operations of this well established medical aesthetics business located at Milton. Daily activity at the clinic varies between aesthetic treatments to delivering training programs as well as hosting visitors who utilise the clinic for manufacturer lead training. The role is 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday, 830am - 5pm.

**Main Duties**
- Managing reception; meet and greet; client consenting; check-out; phone enquiries; model calls; client follow up,
- Appointment bookings; confirmations,
- Promptly follow up and manage enquiries for both treatments and training courses; distribute follow up information; collect deposits,
- Client and visitor support on the day,
- Ensure clinic is adequately stocked; place product orders as approved; arrange waste collection as required,
- Maintain overall clinic appearance, tidiness and standards,
- Keep accurate records; utilise clinic management systems,
- Follow all clinic protocols and operating procedures,

**Your Background**
- Past experience working within a medical aesthetics or beauty clinic,
- Past responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of aesthetics, medical or beauty clinics,
- Accustomed to dealing with medical procedures, bookings and terminology,
- Experience in a customer-centric role that requires prompt follow-up, attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude,
- Ability to be flexible, adapt to day-to-day unexpected situations whilst keeping focussed on key priorities,
