Permanent full time opportunity to provide high level administrative support to the Medical Education Unit by the co-ordination of Medical Officer education programs at The Prince Charles Hospital.

About you

Provide a high level of administrative and logístical support to the Medical Education Unit in the co-ordination of facility orientation programs, formal education programs for prevocational medical officers, mandatory training and other professional development courses for prevocational medical officers.
Provide a high level of administrative support to the Medical Education Unit in the co-ordination of Registrar orientation programs.
Support Medical Education Committees in the hospital in the co-ordination of programs such as interdisciplinary Grand Rounds, ALS, BLS and other educational events, conferences and workshops as required
Participate in the development and management of the Medical Education Unit external facing resource platform, maintaining document integrity and version control.
