**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help us stay connected with our clients, grow our audience, and keep our projects moving forward. You’ll support marketing campaigns, create content, maintain communications tools, and help manage internal workflows. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’ll train you in the tools we use and the language we speak — but you do need to be curious, clear-headed, and reliable.

**What You’ll Do**

**Marketing Support**
- Strategic planning and executing marketing campaigns, marketing materials and ad campaigns.
- Create, edit, and manage content such as blogs, newsletters, and digital downloads.
- Support in preparing podcasts and coordinating events.

**Communications**
- Maintain internal comms and marketing project boards.

**Digital & CRM**
- Manage HubSpot CRM and automations.
- Keep HubSpot CRM clean and up to date: update contact lists, maintain workflows, and support reporting.
- Monitoring and reporting on digital metrics.
- Manage marketing assets and support updates to the Neurocog® website (basic CMS experience ideal).

**Admin & Collaboration**
- Liaise with designers, developers, and external partners to keep projects on track.
- Help maintain the documentation of marketing processes, tools, and templates.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership on tasks, campaign progress, and insights.

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...**
- Have 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or digital coordination
- Can write clearly and structure content well (editing skills are a plus)
- Feel confident using marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, or a CMS
- Are well-organised, like crossing off tasks, and enjoy managing details
- Like being part of a small, high-impact team where your input matters
- Are aligned with our mission of improving lives through personal development

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with basic UX or CMS tools (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
- Paid ad knowledge (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
- Project management skills in Asana, Notion, or Toggl
- Interest in personal growth, psychology, or wellbeing topics

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
