***About the role***

This temporary full-time position is responsible for providing executive assistance and support to the Group Manager Roads & Infrastructure and other Business Unit Managers.

**On a daily basis you will**:

- Support the Group Manager with diary management
- Prepare correspondence and reports
- Maintain Administration Systems
- Provide secretarial support
- Screen visitors and telephone calls
- Liaise with senior staff, Councillors, internal and external stakeholders as required
- Manage small projects
- Organise meeting arrangements, preparing agendas, support materials and minute taking
- Provide Recruitment support to the Group Manager

**About** **You**
- Previous experience providing high-level secretarial and administrative support
- A flexible work ethic to meet a varying workload and demands
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly developed organisation and planning skills

It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have qualifications in Business Administration or similar.

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $82,023.00 (inclusive of superannuation)
