**About the role**
We are on the lookout for a
**Strata Support Consultant **to join our
**Strata Support **team in

**Objectives**:

- Ensuring mail is distributed to the most appropriate area.
- Accurate electronic filing of documents.
- Facilitating searches of books and records by owners or external agents.
- Provide excellent customer service by being informative, courteous and professional to all internal and external clients.
- Face to face customer service.
- Confidently manage customer expectations.
- Ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with PICA’s procedures and body corporate / strata legislation.
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLAs) for position.
- Ensure all data is entered into our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Where required, actively assist in and undertake the training of colleagues.
- Other administration duties as assigned.

**What makes you stand out from the rest?**
- Ideally, you have at least one year of customer service experience in a professional services industry such as insurance, financial services, real estate, etc.
- You have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- This role requires a high level of attention to detail, a good grasp of basic math, the ability to multi-task, a sound understanding (or ability to learn) of the levy process, and a high level of resilience.
- Cert III level education is preferred but not required.
- You’re known for your exceptional data entry and document administration skills.
- You’re a natural communicator and always ensure that stakeholders are informed.
- You tend to identify problems quickly, understand the customer service workflow, and focus on solutions.
- You make effective use of multiple technology systems and software. (Contact centre software, CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
