The Strategic Communication Branch delivers communication services on behalf of the department's business units to inform and educate the community and staff about departmental policies, programs and legislation across the justice and community safety system.

About the Role
As the Adviser, Marketing Communication, you will develop and deliver creative marketing communications and content solutions to support the department's strategic priorities and programs. This includes:

- providing advice on a range of communication services and activities, including strategies and content, behavioural change projects and campaigns, advertising, social media, online and printed communications, and publications
- working in collaboration with a range of clients, colleagues and stakeholders to support the delivery of projects and organisational objectives
- developing practical solutions to stakeholder requests.

About You
- A strong desire to take on an exciting and meaningful role, with a collaborative mindset and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience delivering high-quality communications services for a wide variety of projects and initiatives
- Experience writing for a range of channels, with proven ability to create accessible and effective online content
- Expertise in building relationships and using your excellent stakeholder management skills to become a trusted delivery partner for projects and initiatives
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in communications or related field is highly desirable.
