**About the role**

We’re excited to offer a permanent full-time position for a dedicated Assistant Manager to become a key part of our welcoming and supportive team in Bassendean. In this role, you'll serve as a Room Leader, guiding and supporting a team of educators in the daily operations of the room.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead the staff and step into the role of the responsible person when the Centre Manager is away. You’ll be involved in planning and implementing programs, mentoring the team, and helping them achieve their goals.

**About you**

You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and supporting in leading a team while working closely with our experienced Centre Manager. Along with this you’ll also have:

- AQF Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in developing and implementing programs
- Ability to lead a Room along with the wider team
- Ability to create developmentally appropriate learning environments and programs
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid HLTAID012 and CPR
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
