**THE ROLE**
- Design, estimation and Project Management for supply and installation of storage systems;
- Read and interpret customer drawings, specifications and contractual documentation;
- Coordinate with and consult with other team members with regards to the design, layout or detailing of storage systems and components;
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD;
- Conduct component take offs with the assistance on quantity calculators;
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors;
- Compile Cost Estimates (Component take off and subcontracts) with brief quotation description;
- Write tender documentation for larger tenders when required;
- Drive larger project work from start to finish by liaising with team, clients and other third parties to ensure the successful delivery and installation on time to meet customer project timelines;
- Understand the project/program and its requirements;
- Understand contractual obligations and mitigate risk where appropriate;
- Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues;
- Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times etc;
- Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting;
- Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs etc.)

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years’ relevant related professional experience in a similar role;
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating), Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or relevant;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
