Our Regional Manager is responsible for the performance of their stores and their people. They lead a focus on quality standards across all aspects of retail operations, our instore experience, customer service and the connection our people feel to our products, our brand and our vision and values.

They foster positive relationships with their people, built on genuine care for them as individuals, their success and their wellbeing. They drive results and inspire their teams to achieve their targets through meaningful time spent instore building the skill and knowledge of their people, sharing feedback, coaching and demonstrating innovation, responsive decision making and an understanding of the Gewürzhaus customer.

The Regional Manager maintains effective and collaborative relationships with other departments and plays a key role in the strong connection between our HQ operations in Melbourne and their network of stores.

The role is based in Sydney and is required to travel between NSW and ACT. Occasional travel to Gewürzhaus HQ in Melbourne may also be required.

**Who we are looking for**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a multi-site retail management role.
- Exceptional leadership skills with track record in building teams and developing individuals.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver targets.
- A sound understanding of retail and customer experience.
- A passion for food, cooking and inspiring others in the kitchen.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and an eye for excellence.
- You are values led with an ability to positively influence those around you.
