**Salary - 11/12 Salary ($139,787.00 - $161,663.00), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading**

**Your role**
In Organisational Development and Learning, we do meaningful work that makes a difference across our organisation. This is so the DCJ workforce can have a positive impact on the communities we serve.
You’ll lead the design and development of programs that increase the cultural confidence of our workforce, improve cultural safety for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees and contribute to transforming service delivery for DCJ clients.
We are embarking on some exciting projects, and you’ll do work that really matters here at DCJ.
**What you’ll do**
As the Manager of the Cultural Development and Learning team, you will lead a small team which operates in fast-pace, high volume, high profile, and hybrid environment to:
- implement the DCJ Cultural Development and Learning Strategy
- partner with the business to deliver best practice Aboriginal Cultural Development and Learning strategies, programs, and advice to support the business in achieving their objectives and deliver on strategic priorities.
**What we’re looking for**
An experienced manager with:
- Experience partnering on cultural workforce development related programs and projects, including stakeholder consultation.
- Experience in managing a program budget and complying with government policies.
- Experience in effectively managing teams and providing a culturally safe environment.
- Qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience, including skills in the co-design, development, and delivery of Cultural education resources to a large organisation and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The ability to travel within NSW and a Valid Driver’s Licence.
