**Job Summary**:
Leading renewable utility business are looking for a junior Legal Counsel with a background in construction or corporate law.

**Description**:

- With this leading renewable utility business, you'll have the opportunity to take your skills to the next level and make a meaningful difference towards a sustainable future for Australia. The businesses aim is to solve some of the planet’s most pressing issues.
- You'll be handling a wide range of legal matters relating to the energy and utilities space. This role works closely with the Head of Legal and General Counsel. The team structure gives you front-row access to new projects and challenges that will help you develop as a lawyer. You will have a clear path of progression. There is regular communication with the leadership team, and department heads, to assist on a range of commercial and transactional matters.

This can be in private practice or in a similar in-house position.
- Experience in the energy and/or water industry would be beneficial but not essential.
- You have excellent contract drafting and interpretation skills.
