**About the role**

As the programs producer you will be responsible for planning and delivering public-facing programs, supporting artist activities, and coordinating the day-to-day operations at PAS. Reporting to the Director of PAS, you will play a key role in connecting the community with contemporary arts whilst ensuring the studio programs and facilities run effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, program and deliver public programs including workshops, activities, tours, talks and events based at PAS or in other locations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners required to deliver public programs.
- Identify and coordinate media, marketing and promotional opportunities for public programs.
- Coordinate the operation and maintenance of the PAS facilities.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Art, Museum Studies, Communications, Events Management or equivalent competencies.
- Experience in a variety of settings such as galleries, museums, artists studios, visitor services, hospitality and venue management.
- Experience in the planning and delivery of innovative public programs within an arts environment.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to work in a creative environment, to program and take responsibility for multiple projects and competing demands.

**What’s on offer**
We are offering an attractive remuneration from $87,851 to $96,771 plus 12% superannuation.
