**About the Company**

Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements the role is responsible for developing training materials and also engage in delivery of training programs within our NSW Government agency client. This role is a Hybrid work role, paying $750 p/d + super on a 6 month contract.

**About the Role**
- Develop training plans and schedules to support the program of work and business as usual activities.
- Develop training programs/activities incorporating multiple delivery methods (eLearning, instructor led etc.) that are appropriate for stakeholder groups.
- Deliver training to support key stakeholders in their adoption, utilisation, competency and proficiency of business systems and processes.
- Evaluate training and assessment activities.
- Develop and maintain training materials and manuals.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of training deliverables.
- Produce materials within planned and agreed timeframes.

**About You**
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience working with various training development and delivery tools and formats.
- Extensive experience in developing and delivering blended learning strategies to support new systems, business processes and procedures and the diverse needs of stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent engagement and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to effectively manage and maintain stakeholder expectations
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyse and provide solutions.
