Founded in 1999 Ksubi has evolved into one of the world’s most recognisable and notorious brands. With five marquee retail stores in London, New York City, Miami, Chicago and Los Angeles, the brand has experienced a successful renaissance with top tier distribution in the likes of Saks, Nordstrom, Kith, Ssense and over 120 specialty stores in the USA.
We are continuing to build our high-performing team based in Rosebery, Sydney, that has collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do. We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally.
As the Office Manager and EA to the CEO, you will be adaptable to manage changing priorities, mature minded to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information, creative in finding solutions and able to bring organisation and structure where it is needed. No two days will be the same, and your ability to self-motivate will allow you to find a strong rhythm in achieving the fluid requirements of the role.
**A Day in the Life...**
- Key sparring partner to the CEO on all matters as well as admin and support on a range of projects, tasks, and practicalities
- Manage office expenditure budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting as well as processing corporate costs and making cost effective changes
- Build, drive and constantly reassess overall Ksubi business strategy - driving activity through the departments that result in strong outcomes and strategic pillars being met
- Manage stakeholder relationships in new projects including but not limited to internal teams, external contractors, landlords, talent agencies, lawyers etc
- Coordination of corporate social events & conference bookings - Events are organised within budget, with key objectives and focused on the greater company culture including awards, reward, recognition schemes etc
- Coordinate travel for all employees across Ksubi (Retail and HO) - including booking, budgeting, and reporting

**Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences**
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong admin experience - Microsoft Office
- Impeccable communication skills
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the retail/fashion industry
- Degree or Tertiary qualification in the business or related field is highly regarded
**Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills**
- Ability to multitask, juggle conflicting timelines and deliver on deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter - driven to make a mark
- Highly personable with the ability to quickly build rapport, influence and read people
