**Opportunity**
McIver College is seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess on **Weekends** the following course.
BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop and deliver Graduate Diploma of Management program.
- Supervise, monitor students' progress and assessment and maintaining accurate record
- Undertaking administrative duties relating to teaching
- Working as a team with other trainers and RTO staff
- Other relevant duties relating to the role
**Required Qualification**
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or above
- Qualifications and vocational competencies relevant to the delivered program
- Previous training and assessment experience
- Demonstrated experience to customize, map, validate assessment tools to meet quality and compliance requirements
- Skills and Knowledge directly mapped to the delivered qualifications
- Up to date professional development
- Industry Currency in the Management field to deliver the following units of competencies:
- **BSBLDR811** Lead strategic transformation
- **TAELED803** Implement improved learning practice
- **BSBHRM611** Contribute to organisational performance development
- **BSBOPS601** Develop and implement business plans
- **BSBLDR601** Lead and manage organisational change
