***In this role, you'll**:

- Maintain a centralized release repository with up-to-date information on build and release procedures, dependencies, and communication protocols.
- Coordinate seamless go-live activities, including deployment execution, risk mitigation, and real-time communication of progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison across cross-functional teams, including Test and Development Managers, Enterprise PMOs, and third-party suppliers, to ensure efficient release delivery and collaboration.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive release reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and updates on schedules, risks, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks impacting release scope, schedule, and quality while ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery.
- Drive release readiness reviews, milestone checks, and post-release evaluations, including preparing for Change Advisory Board discussions and resolving roadblocks.
- Develop, document, and refine release and deployment processes, ensuring alignment with quality frameworks and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Anticipate and address potential risks, contributing to the creation and execution of risk management strategies and ensuring effective control measures.
- Collaborate as part of a centralized Release Management team to standardize practices, streamline operations, and enhance alignment across the enterprise.

- Extensive experience in Service Management, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance performance.
- Proven ability to deliver tailored service reporting for operational and management needs.
- Expertise with ITSM tools, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Success in managing governance frameworks to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
- Skilled in handling complex release schedules across multiple transformation programs.
- Strong ability to standardize and streamline release processes across diverse organizations.
