**_The Role _**
An experienced Test Manager is required to supplement the existing ANZ team at Sydney office.

**_Key Responsibilities _**
- Understand what business does and how it does
- Document requirements in detail
- Develop SIT test cases based on a deep understanding of how systems are deployed and used to support business processes
- Work with users to develop UAT test cases
- Maintain appropriate up-to-date, complete, and accurate artefacts and documentation.

**_Required Attributes _**
- Test and release management
- Test planning.
- Define test standards, artefacts, results, and reporting
- Work proactively with DevOps team to prevent defects and not just uncover them
- Ensure testing scope is complete
- Ensure new COTS packages do not break exiting Application Core through thorough regression, load, performance, and security testing
