Based in our Head Office in Alexandria we are seeking an Online Dispatch Assistant to join our Digital Experience Team. In a hands-on role you will assist in the order preparation and dispatch of our online orders to our customers both locally and internationally.

The Role:
Assist the day-to-day running of order preparation and dispatch in an orderly and timely manner.

Picking, packing and processing of online orders.

Providing exceptional quality at every touchpoint for the customer during the dispatch process.

Exceptional online order presentation skills.

Assist in the dispatch and processing of stock to our boutiques.

Assist in the preparation of packaging and online dispatch stationary

Assist in the organization of the Coco & Lola stock processes.

Assist in the quality control process for all online orders.

Work collaboratively with Coco & Lola team members across different divisions.

Organise and maintain a clean and process driven workspace.

Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Demonstrated experience in dispatch environment preferably in the fashion industry

Experience with platforms and logistic programs such as Shopify, DHL, Startrack, Flash couriers, etc.

Attention to detail (extremely important).

Multitasking is essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Be a keen problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.

Be self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
