**The Role**

Our Artisanal Design House client is now seeking a full time Dispatch Assistant to join their Customer Service Department in their Marrickville Support Office.

Our legacy client is a contemporary brand with an artisanal focus with a unique and recognisable design footprint and a strong focus on social, environmental and ethical issues in their supply chain processes. This incredible brand is stocked in over 120 independent and major boutiques across the globe.

In this role, you will own the dispatch process and ensure all customer orders are packed with a meticulous eye and pace. You will take a resolution-focused approach to resolving issues and improving the dispatch process in the business. You will report into the Customer Care & Dispatch Coordinator and work to fulfil all orders with pace, accuracy and care.

This is a full time Monday-Friday position and will be based in the office in a full time capacity. As this role owns the dispatching process, work from home options are not available for this position.
- Prior experience in dispatch/warehousing, customer care or a retail stock coordinator role
- Experience working in a high stock-turn, fast-paced environment is necessary for success in this position
- You will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with Gorgias or other customer care platforms
- A strong understanding of the online customer experience and pick-packing excellence
- A proven track record of meticulous order management and experience working with fulfilment rates & KPIs
- Experience with Shopify, Starship and Gorgias will be viewed highly favourably for this position

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Print pick lists and pack items as per order and manager direction
- Ensure orders are accurately picked and packed with care and attention to detail
- Facilitate meticulous quality control practices across all orders
- Package customer orders with care and a strong eye for detail
- Support with customer care enquiries, using the Gorgias platform with a strong attention to detail and high technical ability
- Support with customer enquiry resolution by working with your direct line manager to ensure effective solutions and options are offered
- Ensure packaging stations are replenished and full
- Ensure all desks and workstations are clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Assist in general office tasks as requested and required
- Assist with customer returns
- Use Shopify, Starship and Gorgias with a high proficiency
