About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Online Chat Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through live chat, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth online experience. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, are tech-savvy, and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced online environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and supportive tone in all communications.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is an asset but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
