**Description**:
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Head of Marketing role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As the Head of Marketing at Pillow Talk, you will lead the development and execution of Pillow Talk’s omnichannel marketing strategy through your deep understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketing. The key purpose of this role is to own and drive the brand to deliver sustainable growth across online and bricks-and-mortar. You'll take a highly creative multi-disciplinary approach to dynamic promotional tactics, brand initiatives, collaborative ventures, and loyalty drivers, with the view to improve customer acquisition, spend, repeat purchase, retention, and loyalty. Using data and market insight, you will spearhead the marketing component of strategic business projects that support innovation, growth, and agility to keep pace with the market, and deliver strong ROI outcomes. You will use your ideation skills and channel management to lead and mentor a team toward best-in-class creative campaigns that resonate with our customers and align with our brand values and revenue objectives.

A bit about you...
- 10+ years’ experience in brand marketing, retail marketing, and/or digital marketing
- Demonstrated understanding and evidence of, conceived, and executed successful multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong retail and commercial acumen, with a focus on omnichannel retailing.
- Perpetual growth mindset to identify and capitalise on opportunities that deliver sales growth
- 6+ years of management experience, with an emphasis on positive team culture, leadership, and engaging with a varied group of stakeholders
- An analytical strategic thinker who can read the market, derive insight from data, and translate learnings into actionable outcomes
- Experienced in complex problem-solving and engaging with a cross-section of stakeholders to collaborate towards a solution
- Creatively adept, with proficient copywriting and ideation skills. Natural ability to springboard ideas and develop narrative that connects and inspires
- An achiever who is driven to deliver and is energetic and resilient with an unwavering desire and ability to affect change
- An influencer who is highly personable, confident and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships across the business
- Demonstrated capability to accomplish results through others
- A role model who is hugely credible, with a high degree of integrity, and a relentless enthusiasm to get the best out of people
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and superb written and oral communication skills
