We are currently seeking a motivated individual to take up the position of Personal Assistant/ Office Administrator at our Decor head office in Darra

Supporting the Company Director at our Darra Office by:

- Providing reception/office support
- Organising meetings and events
- Assisting with catering requirements for guests
- Calendar management for Company Director and other Senior Managers
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required
- Running errands for Company Director

Managing reception at our West End show room including:

- Setting up for functions
- Greeting & welcoming guests and clients
- Providing catering for guests

General merchandising duties:

- Liaising with EGR customers and clients for their merchandising needs
- Visiting client sites and auditing merchandise boards to ensure full sample range is displayed

About you:
This position requires a well-spoken individual with a flexible, friendly, outgoing manner. Reliability in this role is crucial; therefore a dedicated and responsible person is required.
- Background in personal assistant/reception/administration duties highly desired
- Passion for delivering high level customer service
- Have a bright and positive attitude with a strong attention to detail
- Effectively work with all levels of stakeholders within the business
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges
- Ability to communicate well and work closely within a team environment
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel abilities
- Drivers licence required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
