**The Opportunity**:

This permanent full-time opportunity for a Regional Key Account Manager position is a critical sales role, providing account and relationship management to customers across the parts and service business, while continuing to promote Komatsu’s products and services to maintain sales growth.
The key responsibility is to ensure that the customer’s needs are met by ensuring the implementation of value creation objectives.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and maintain customer account plans
- Building sales cycles and funnels to develop call schedules and regular catchups to review Komatsu’s deliverables
- Entering and maintaining opportunities and activities in CRM.
- Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain sales targets and growth
- Assist in implementing strategies to improve and maintain machine availability
- Attend or chair both internal and external meetings, ensure allocations of responsibility and deadlines are clearly stated and agreed upon.
- Ability to understand systems, processes and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labour cost, asset utilisation and customer satisfaction.

**What we are looking for**:
- Proven track record in Sales / Account Management positions within Heavy Machinery / Manufacturing or Mining industries
- Must have the ability to identify business opportunities and build effective strategies to capture opportunities
- Proven experience in delivering presentations, quotations and proposals.
- Ability to liaise with senior leadership team and key client organisations within a professional manner
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Have the willingness and ability to travel frequently across NSW region to customer site.
- A Self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales budgets and targets
- Must be proficient with MS Office suite.
