**Role Responsibilities**:
As the Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

- Overall scheduling to ensure timely project completion.
- Onsite efficiencies, maintaining accountability for Installers.
- Ability to be “Hands On” where required why the team is being built out
- Upholding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
- Overseeing the time sheet process.
- Reporting job progress accurately.
- Capacity forecasting for efficient resource allocation.
- Managing installation and factory resources.
- Supervise, drive and refine operational processes for optimal efficiency.
- Supporting the Project Manager with contractor packages.
- Liaising with customers regarding time schedules.
- Maintenance of company assets.

**We are seeking the following skills and qualifications**:

- Lean manufacturing experience
- Proven track record in Operations Management.
- Ability to take ownership and accept responsibility.
- Proficient in reporting capabilities.
- Background in structural steel operations is preffered
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in scheduling.
