Working on-site in our Dandenong facility and working with our close-knit team, the Inventory Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all Inventory functions, assist with all Inbound deliveries, maintaining local shipments, and tracking stock movements, while ensuring that the company's inventory is accurate and up to date. A key focus of the role will be on rolling out cycle counting and ensuring all processes are accomplished in a timely manner.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the integrity of all inventory functions across the Discovery Road Warehouse
- Assist in managing daily cycle counts and storage location checks to ensure the integrity of inventory
- Provide guidance and assistance to the Inventory Team
- Responsible for preparing all Local shipments and organising invoices for processing
- Maintain all Inventory operations, stock levels and discrepancies i.e. Shipment variances, Lost, Credits, Found, Damaged
- Assist with revamps and slotting of products to optimise efficient and accurate picking/replenishing of stock
- Manage and prepare weekly schedules for container deliveries into the DC for all BU
- Manage all WIP orders for stock and packaging to and from our refurbishment/repackaging companies
- Report all product issues to Marketing Team and all other DC sites - barcodes/quantity/description
- Collate and Report weekly Pallet Capacity Stats for all ANZ Warehouses
- Assisting in managing overall administrative activities/supplies for the office and DC
- Support DC Management and Team members
- Maintain and promote OH&S policies, procedures and systems

**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Experience in a similar role, in inventory management.
- Ability to accurately track inventory
- Strong communication skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels
- Work collaboratively and keep safety at front of mind
- Strong time management skills
