Currently, there is an opportunity at our Dandenong South, VIC office for a proactive  Warehousing & Inventory Controller role to join the Idealair Group team. This role has a primary focus on logistics, operational warehousing and customer service and is suitable for someone that loves to be hands on and get involved with day to day operations.

The Role:

  • General Warehousing work
  • Using the forklift for everyday tasks such as loading and offloading freight, moving stock within the warehouse etc
  • Picking & packing goods to the Idealair Group delivery scheduling system
  • Co-ordinate Inter-Branch transfers
  • Liaise with the Procurement team in regards to stock holdings, available space, and inbound container plan and splits
  • Container unpack co-ordination with 3rd party and transport provider
  • Invoicing of deliveries
  • Receipting of goods, ensuring correct items have been sent and receipted into the system
  • Providing exceptional customer experience for all customers
  • Providing superior over-the counter customer service and sales support

Who are you?

ideal candidate should possess:

  • Warehouse Experience
  • Superior organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal customer service skills
  • Strong motivation and drive to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Recent work experience in the Air Conditioning industry would be highly advantageous
  • Current valid forklift licence is essential
